Completion of phase 1 of the logistics and industrial park.

Begun in the summer of 2021, development work on the first 37 hectare phase was completed on December 27, 2023.

After several months of work, the local authorities, local partners and IDEC GROUP IBERICA teams have completed the first phase of the park. Several access points have been created, such as an interchange capable of absorbing future road traffic for the entire park, and several engineering structures to cross waterways and railroads. A rail terminal connected to the national grid, an electrical substation, a wastewater treatment plant, a landfill site, sewage and water supply networks and several lots for public and private services complete the program.
